It has been a long time since I have written on here and for that I deeply apologize.  My lovely wife reminds me daily that I should be updating this and I desperately want to, except the time escapes me.

I am going to make it a commitment to update as often as I can and let you know what is going on in my life and the life of our ministry at CFC.

I can’t tell you enough how much the Lord has been teaching me as I have studied for our IGNITE series, finally FREE.  My whole world has been turned upside down and everything has changed.  I have felt such joy in my salvation of the past month.  I can also say with great confidence that I have been praying this for you as well.  I am asking the Lord to open up your hearts and eyes to the glorious truth of Christ IN you.  Because when we live that, we are finally free.

It is also a sad time in our ministry right now as we get ready to graduate our senior class.  This class has a special place in my heart as they were the first class I ever had as a college intern at the Chapel.  I have developed incredible relationships with these students and cherish each memory made.  My word of encouragement to you on this day is to finish strong.  Finish strong at school, finish strong in youth group, finish strong in your family and in your friendships.  Don’t check out to early because you will miss some of the most special times of your life in these closing weeks of high school.  Don’t hide from youth group because of being to busy, come and allow God to teach and speak to you in the coming weeks.  I have plenty of advice to give over the coming weeks to each one of you.
