I got a call from Adam this morning. Apparently they didn’t finish their time with the youth group until midnight last night! He said it was a great time. It was refreshing for our team to hear how their God was the same God that these Mexican people worship. It was a good time of fellowship and worship for the two groups. Adam’s teaching went well.

Adam asked for prayer for some bad bellies- nothing abnormal for being in Mexico for 10 days- but still hard to deal with sometimes. The team is also figuring out how to hang out with people of their own age without a common language. It is always easier with children who adore you- but peers is harder. Be praying for those relationships. Be praying for energy as the team has been working hard this whole time and as it draws to a close they are getting worn out.  Pray for a good strong finish in HIS strength.

I’m getting excited for Adam to get home! I’m sure you are excited to see your family members again! I’m also preparing myself for the amount of nasty laundry that is headed my way! Some of you that have multiple people on the trip… I’m sorry.
